OptiCom’s Technical Department consists of 14 highly qualified engineers who are constantly engaged in the implementation and support of IT projects of various scale in multiple fields of IT - from relatively simple to very complex and unique.
Over the past 5 years more than 80,000 tasks were completed within the scope of the everyday workload. Without the availability of automation tools for the incoming flow of work requests, it would be impossible to organize a qualitative and timely implementation of tasks. Starting with July 1, after half a year of testing and configuration, a new highly efficient system that meets all modern needs has been introduced into permanent operation in OptiCom.
This system is implemented in the form of portal help.opticom.lv on the basis of DeskPro solution. The portal allows you to conveniently and quickly receive and process incoming requests, register tasks, easily communicate between parties involved in the implementation of the tasks, get a prompt feedback from engineers, effectively collect statistics and monitor performance live. Users can track the status of all requests, leave feedback and evaluate the work of OptiCom’s specialists.
